The inkas emperor arrived with the leader of the conquered town carrying sacks of earth of their territories to put on the pukamoqo hill and the emperor of the inkas told him " You will live here with the qosqos people".
For this reason the Pukamoqo hill looks like diferent colors and the hill has an enigmatic and special sensation.
